Borgo "La Casa"

Borgo "La Casa" is a little borgo, which has been carefully restored by us with careful consideration for the traditional style and character of the over 250 year old main house and the characteristic design of the two annexes. It has been our passion to turn the former farmhouse and the two stables into a luxury holiday resort with two independent guesthouses where the whole family can settle down for a relaxed and comfortable stay under the Tuscan sun.

The main house is used by us as our second home. The two guesthouses, Casa Girasole and Casa Giglio, are available on a rental basis as a holiday villa. The borgo is centered around a little square, called Piazza Mariottini.

Casa Giglio is a spacious holiday home for 6 people overlooking the swimming pool with 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, well equiped kitchen, spacious living with open fire place, floor heating, satellite television, internet access, dvd-player, ipod docking station. The holiday villa is surrouned by terraces. Garden furniture is sufficiently available.

Casa Girasole is a comfortable ground floor villa for 4 people with a master bedroom, a second bedroom with a bunk bed and 2 bathrooms, a well equiped kitchen, a spacious living with open fire place, floor heating, satellite television, internet access, a dvd/blu-ray player, and an ipod docking station. The house is surrounded by terraces and has a traditional pizza oven to make your own pizzas. Garden furniture is sufficiently available.

You can enjoy the (heated) borgo swimming pool (6 x 14 meters). The pool is equipped with an electric cover, pool furniture and a spacious garden, terrace and a shelter of 7 x 5 meters. The pool is overlooking the valley and offers a spectacular view on the old city of Bibbiena on the other side of the Arno river.

Borgo La Casa is surrounded by a large garden, designed in the tradition of Tuscany and offers you all facilities for a relaxed and comfortable holiday stay.
